Terry Heath, Chairman

Terry is the co-founder and Chairman of Seren. He has 15 years' experience as an information designer and customer experience specialist and has worked across all media, including print, product design, multimedia, video, the internet, PC applications, digital TV and mobile. Before founding Seren in 2003, Terry ran the User Experience team for Vodafone in London.
