Loopylove plans to launch a new site incorporating Seren’s user experience recommendations which preserve ‘existing Loopylove appeal’ whilst projecting an increase a number of activity-type metrics e.g. time spent online, conversion rates etc. Loopylove wished to extend its current ‘fun and flirtatious’ tone to provide an ‘online dating community’ to its existing 1.5+ million users. Seren provided stakeholder facilitation, UE flow and wire-frame creation, graphical asset creation and asset delivery to provide a ‘common sense’ perspective to the site’s core customer journeys and defined new behaviours in a simple way.
