Seren gave user insight to Samsung’s design and marketing teams for business users. Samsung was interested in gaining insight on the usage of mobiles in work environments to identify user requirements and market opportunities for future Samsung mobiles. Seren provided desk research, a consolidation of our own learning, user research in UK and Italy and a product workshop.  This approach unearthed physical design, ergonomic factors, and behavioural differences among users of each country.
